 We are pet friendly!
Fee of $50/mo for each pet in addition to a $500 increase to your security deposit.
Residents are allowed two (2) pets per household.
No pet weight limit. The following breeds are restricted: German Shepherd, American Pit Bull Terrier, Husky, Doberman, Mastiff, Great Dane, Rottweiler, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, American Bulldog, Wolf Hybrids, Saint Bernard, Chow Chow, and Akita. No exotic animals allowed.

Maintenance

Before you move in, we go through a thorough preparation process to ensure the apartment is clean, safe, and fully functional. This includes: A professional cleaning of the entire unit, including appliances, bathrooms, and floors. A maintenance inspection to ensure all electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems are working properly. Replacing or repairing anything that's damaged or worn out, such as blinds, light fixtures, or door locks. Pest control treatment, if needed. Rekeying the locks for your security. Making sure all included appliances are clean and operational. Once everything is ready, we’ll do a final walk-through to confirm everything is in move-in condition.

Submit a work order through the Rent Café Portal

In a timely manner, emergencies are handled first, then handled in the order they come in.

After hours, will need to call a locksmith (at your expense) and provide management with new key within 24 hours.

The unit must be returned to original state at move out.

Amenities

We are a pet-friendly community with off-street parking. In the gated courtyard, there is a pergola with a BBQ grill and picnic table.

There is no pool at this property, but our courtyard amenities are available to use during 8:00am to 10:00pm.

Yes, we offer surface parking spaces. Street parking is also available.
